Whole Home Renovation
When this house was first built in 1905, we imagined it had a scullery, which is a small room adjoining the kitchen, used for washing and storing dishes. With that in mind, we designed a floor-to-ceiling built-in hutch with sliding glass doors for a stretch of wall at the back of the kitchen. You can imagine it being original to the house that is, until you notice the ribbed glass, which give it a more contemporary look. The wavy look of the glass makes everything inside appear soft like a watercolor.
